Fact is, I&#8217;ve met many, and nothing seems to be <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">farther from the truth!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The Tampa Bay area has plenty of ex-pats from Russia, as well as plenty of current Russian citizens. I know,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"> because they come HERE to update their <a href=\"https:\/\/russianagency.com\/en\/photo-requirements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Russian Passport photo<\/a> and their Russian Visa photo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">A Russian citizen cannot go to the local drugstore, the auto club, or the post office for those photos,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"> because the size of the photo is very specific &#8211; and it&#8217;s measured in millimeters, not inches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"> A <a href=\"https:\/\/newyork.mid.ru\/web\/newyork_en\/russian-visa-photo-specifications#:~:text=35%20mm%20X%2045%20mm,head%20centered%20in%20the%20frame.&amp;text=The%20applicant%20should%20not%20look,angled%20views%20are%20NOT%20accepted.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Russian Passport photo<\/a> must be 35x45mm on the outer edge, with a head size of 30mm from the chin <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">to the crown of the head.
